A portion of Area 2 measuring 1.5 acres was sold to LACREDC, LLC.
With the acquistion of this parcel,the owners of the SE corner of L'auberge Blvd and Contraband Parkway certainly enhanced their holdings.
As this drone image shows, construction is nearing completion of the buildng.
Note that a shared access lane has been installed on L'auberge Blvd. This will enure to the benefit of the corner and the remainder of Area 2.
